Micheline Mouawad is a senior associate at the firm.
She worked in leading law firms in Paris for 5 years before joining the firm. She has worked on a number of domestic and cross-border acquisitions, joint ventures and equity investments, and has represented companies in restructuring their activities. She has also been involved in setting up and licensing banks and financial institutions. Micheline constantly advises and assists the firm's clients in their legal affairs and handles litigation and arbitration proceedings.
Micheline holds a bachelor's degree in Lebanese law from the Université Saint-Joseph, a master's degree in business law from the Université Paris II-Panthéon Assas and a master's degree in litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution from the Lebanese University.
